ElNicho, Cuba

Fidel Castro’s crocodile farm is here, too. The now-deceased Cuban political leader created this crocodile farm in the Ciénaga de Zapata National Park. To preserve the going-extinct Cuban crocodile species.

Old Havana

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Havana is also a popular attraction. They built this historic city twenty years after the arrival of Columbus. 

Today, the city has restored much of its old architecture. It is home to the best-preserved history in Cuba. 

Old Havana also has many examples of Baroque and neoclassical architecture.
