Guyana is one of the most undiscovered Caribbean destinations that people are now being encouraged to explore.
National Geographic (UK) selected 35 countries as the best destinations in the world for 2023 and beyond. They ranked those 35 countries “across five categories — adventure, culture, nature, family and community”.
Only two Caribbean countries made the list, Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago. Guyana along with Trinidad & Tobago can be happy about their rankings. They are both beautiful Caribbean countries.
Trinidad & Tobago secured the 3oth spot as the best family-friendly destination (in the Caribbean). While Guyana placed in the top fifteen spots under the category of nature.
Guyana ranked number 13 of 35 destinations. That is a great feat and accomplishment for Guyana. While it is not geographically in the Caribbean, Guyana is always bottled with other Caribbean islands.
